Questions people actually ask
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Most people do. Start as a Trainee and upgrade to Member whenever you’re ready.
How do I cancel?
There’s nothing to cancel. Membership is a once-off yearly payment, so if you don’t renew, it simply ends. No debit orders to chase.
How soon do I get access after paying?
As soon as your EFT reflects in our account and we’ve confirmed it, which usually takes a couple of days. We’ll email you the moment your Member Zone is unlocked.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days. You can cancel within 7 days of paying and get a full refund (that’s your cooling-off right under the ECT Act), unless you’ve already started using Member-only content. After that, refunds are considered case by case, and unused parts of a membership year aren’t refunded unless the law requires it. If something’s gone wrong, email info@theinvestorexperience.com within 30 days of paying with your account details and a short explanation, and we’ll look at it fairly. The full details are in our Terms of Use (section 5.5).
